To access the Worldstone Keep, you have to first complete the Ancients Quest in Act 5 Harrogath. You must be Character Level 60 once the quest is finished on Hell difficult to finish it. Then find the right path to Worldstone Keep 2 and collect the Waypoint there. Our farming strategies begin from here.

Worldstone Keep 2 + 3 From Waypoint

The Exit to Worldstone Keep 3 should be to the right from the Waypoint tile in Worldstone Keep 2. These two tiles could be directly connected, while you see within the example the best. The Waypoint and exit tile includes a thin bridge within the center encompassed by the red-marked areas. When you enter a brand new hallway, they are dead giveaways that you are on the best track.

This is an ideal right-turn tile in Worldstone 2

In Worldstone Keep 3, the location from the Throne of Destruction is random. You can travel in a direction in the central tile and potentially run into the exit. Try to get acquainted with the common dead-end tile shapes to save yourself time. The most common may be the closed-off rectangle with no bridge. If you're only farming Worldstone Keep, explore all the rooms to maximize the Elite packs you encounter.

Throne of Destruction

D2R Ladder Items

The Throne of Destruction is usually slept on, but it is another powerful Area Level 85 destination to farm too. The top left, middle, and bottom right groups of hallways feature large densities of Elite packs. Farming these spots before entering the Throne itself nets you a lot of extra drops per run.

Worldstone Chamber

In the Throne of Destruction, Baal summons 5 waves of powerful Super Unique monsters. You need to kill all 5 waves to go into the Worldstone Chamber and farm Baal. Colenzo, Achmel, Bartuc, Ventar, and Lister all spawn with minions that are great causes of Experience. Clearing this area may be the age-old XP strat referred to as "Baal Run".

Beware of Lister and the minions because they are unique demons called Minions of Destruction. They have high damage, Knockback, and Stun yourself on hit. They have high resistances, with Lister being Immune to Fire and frequently Immune to Colds too.

Baal

After you pay off the Throne Room, Baal retreats into the Worldstone Chamber. You enter around the bottom right side of the el born area with Baal being front and center around the bridge resulting in the Worldstone. Face down the last of the three Brothers and end their demonic machinations.

The Baal fight is rather straightforward. In addition to his normal attacks and talents, he often summons a Clone of himself and enormous groups of Tentacles that attack your Character. In Diablo 2 Resurrected, there aren't any visual indicators to determine what Baal may be the correct one. But there are several interesting differences you can pick up on:

Baal Clone's name isn't aligned using the monster type "Demon" on his health bar in legacy graphics mode.

Baal Clone cannot Teleport as Baal can. Moving away once one teleport is a straightforward way to disregard the Clone.

If you take ~1 screen away and head back to town for some seconds, Baal Clone and then any summoned Tentacles despawn.
