Laser marking machines play a vital role in modern industrial production. The core components include the laser source, optical scanning system, working table, control system, and cooling system. These components work together to ensure the high precision and efficiency of the laser marking machine. When selecting a laser marking machine, appropriate core components should be chosen based on production needs and processing requirements to meet marking demands.  

  • Laser Source:
  • The laser sourceis the core component of the laser marking machine, responsible for generating the laser beam. Common laser source types include fiber lasers, UV lasers, CO2 lasers, and YAG lasers. Fiber lasers are typically used for high-precision and high-speed marking, while CO2 lasers are suitable for marking larger workpieces.  
    • Galvanometer (Vibrating Mirror):
  • The galvanometer is used for fast and precise positioning of the laser beam, and is a key component for achieving high-precision marking. The galvanometer system usually consists of an optical scanner and a servo controller, which can control the scanning trajectory through computer-controlled digital signals.  
    • Focusing System:
  • The focusing system focuses the parallel laser beam to a point. A commonly used lens is the f-θ lens. Different focal lengths affect the marking effect and range, and users can choose the appropriate lens as needed.  
    • Laser Power Supply:
  • The laser power supply provides power to the laser source, and the typical input voltage is AC220V alternating current. Its quality and stability directly affect the performance of the marking machine.  
    • Control System:
  • The control system is the command center of the entire laser marking machine. Through software control of the acousto-optic modulation system and the galvanometer scanning system, it realizes the marking processing of the workpiece.
    • Marking Control Software:
  • The control software is used to set and debug marking parameters, operate all actions of the marking machine, and has rich mapping functions and processing capabilities for Chinese information.
    • Stepper Motor:
  • The stepper motor affects the marking accuracy of the marking machine. High-quality stepper motors are usually selected to ensure marking accuracy.  
    • Other Accessories:
  • Including beam combiners, marking cards, etc. These accessories play an auxiliary role in specific applications, such as beam combiners for calibrating laser beams, and marking cards for converting patterns from computers into signals to control galvanometers.
