Control method of DC geared motor during use

(1) Forward and reverse
Because the structure of the DC geared motor is very different from that of the DC motor. Therefore, the direction of rotation cannot be changed by changing the polarity of the power supply, but the direction of rotation can only be changed by changing the relative relationship between the magnetic potential of the stator winding and the magnetic field of the rotor.
(2) Microcomputer control
The DC geared motor is produced and developed along with the digital control technology, so the digital control of the DC geared motor with a microcomputer is the main control method.
(3) Speed regulation
The speed regulation of the DC gear motor can be realized by changing the voltage. There are two commonly used methods: one is to keep the conduction time of each phase constant. Change the magnitude of the voltage applied to the coil when each phase is turned on to achieve speed regulation. The other is to keep the voltage magnitude constant and change the length of each phase's conduction time to realize speed regulation.
