Homemade peppermint whipped cream

Making this recipe for peppermint whipped cream is simple. One of my go-to coffee shop beverages has always been peppermint hot chocolate. I'm going one step further and flavoring the whipped cream itself with peppermint. This mint-flavored whipped cream, made with a Rotass brand dispenser, is undoubtedly the best!

To warm up on a chilly day, just follow these simple steps to have some soothing peppermint hot chocolate in your hands!

Hot chocolate with homemade peppermint whipped cream

What you need: a dispenser for whipped cream measuring 12 liters (like this one made of stainless steel).

1 cream charger for N20

Heavy whipping cream, 2 cups

8 pumps Choose your preferred hot chocolate or white hot chocolate from Starbucks® (mix or homemade)

optional garnishes: marshmallows and crushed peppermints

 

Directions:

Here are the directions for making whipped cream.

When adding flavour, use 8 pumps of Starbucks® Peppermint Flavoring Syrup.

Make some white hot chocolate or hot chocolate.

Add any desired toppings as well as home-made peppermint whipped cream.

Homemade Flavored whipped cream

Ingredients:

half a pint of thick cream

a teaspoon of powdered sugar

12 tsp favorite flavor, such as Cognac, or vanilla extract

 

Use chilled heavy whipping cream throughout the preparation. To prevent lumps, stir the cream before putting it in the whip cream dispenser. Cream and other ingredients should be added to the dispenser before you screw on the head and charge it with one charger. Replace the cap after removing the charger. Shake firmly three to four times. Completely invert the dispenser, then gently depress the lever. You now have excellent flavored whip cream that you can use for ice cream, desserts, and other things.
