2. The reason for the blockage of ice cubes

What to do if the wire tube external condenser is blocked

1. After confirming that the machine is shut down and the power is turned off, use alcohol cotton balls to bake the evaporator with a flame. The surface of the evaporator is hot, stop baking after the water boils;

2. Cut the process nozzle to let the refrigerant discharge rapidly. When the exhaust gas is very small, install the special valve again and fill it with a new refrigeration system;

3. Observe the frosting of the evaporator and whether the heat on both sides of the wire tube external condenser is even. Close and restart the valve, there is no ice blockage after 1 hour of test machine, and the temperature of the freezer is -22 degrees.

Ways to prevent ice blockage

1. Take a copper tube with a short length of 50cm~60cm, add a small amount of freon from one end to the other end, and then use tool pliers to seal it at a distance of 3cm from the opening. Plugged heat pipe.

2. When ice blockage occurs, first remove the ice in the drain pipe, and then take out the drip tray from the front of the refrigerator again.

3. Put the heat pipe in the drain pipe, and the top of the heat pipe should pass through the refrigerator, so that there is no need for close contact between the heat pipe and the drip pipe.

4. After Freon is heated, the drain pipe in the refrigerator freezer will be cooled by low temperature, and the liquid will flow back to the bottom of the heat pipe. After the ice cube is heated, the ice block will disappear.
